Some things are just too good to be true. If you see a stellar apartment in a fancy neighbourhood going for N$6 000 then be wary. And be cautious."Know what you needNelulu emphasised the need to cater to the diverse needs of clients, providing accommodation options suitable for different demographics.She highlighted the importance of safety, cleanliness and the structural integrity of the buildings, stating: "Your place should be clean, and you should invest in security. I believe safety should be a priority right now. So, it is safety, cleanliness, as well as the structure of the building."Regarding the current rental offerings of Kalahari Holdings, Nelulu said: "We operate in both commercial and residential spaces. In the commercial sector, right now we have office space available on Robert Mugabe Avenue.
