Optimal customer service From the get-go, Pre-eminence have harnessed their economies of scale beneficially, possessing enhanced financial capabilities, marketing skills and technology.Pre-eminence boasts a fintech-based website that encompasses an online calculator and a seamless online loan application. In addition, an integrated card payment system allows their clients to repay their loans at the time of their choosing. "We are currently in the beta phase of testing for Android. It is going to be Namibia&#039;s first microlending and microfinance mobile application, and it is downloadable on our website."Customer careSamupofu said the company offers clients innovative services at a lower price than the standard industry. “This strategy was inspired by Namibia’s first microlending Android-based mobile application and has done wonders for us,” he said.
