Unam and KK Palace to meet in NFA Cup final
UNAM FC and KK Palace FC have secured their spots in the 2026 NFA Cup final after emerging victorious in their respective semi-final clashes at the Independence Stadium in Windhoek.
UNAM FC claimed a narrow 1-0 victory over Okahandja United FC, with Eduardo Namib scoring the decisive goal to send the university side into the final.
The win sees the Clever Boys reach yet another major final after also qualifying for the Standard Bank Top 8 final earlier this season.
They will now face KK Palace FC, who advanced after a dramatic penalty shootout victory over NDF Mighty Gunners FC.
The two sides played to a goalless draw in regulation time before KK Palace held their nerve to win 5-3 on penalties and secure their place in the final.
Women's NFA Cup
In the women's competition, NDF Mighty Gunners Ladies FC produced an impressive performance to defeat Windhoek City SC 4-0 in their semi-final encounter at the Independence Stadium.
Khomas Nampol Ladies FC also secured their place in the final after overcoming Julinho Athletic Ladies FC 2-0 in the other semi-final.
The results set up an exciting showdown between NDF Mighty Gunners Ladies FC and Khomas Nampol Ladies FC in the 2026 NFA Cup final.
The stage is now set for the 2026 NFA Cup finals, with UNAM FC facing KK Palace FC in the men's final, while NDF Mighty Gunners Ladies FC will battle Khomas Nampol Ladies FC for the women's crown.
