Twelve fans to experience Chasing the Cup

As the main sponsor of the Namibian national rugby team since more than a decade ago, Namibia Breweries Limited through its Windhoek Beer brand announced the winners of its recently concluded competition to win an all-expenses paid trip to watch the 2025 Rugby Africa Cup final in Uganda this Saturday. At the Nelson Mandela Stadium in Kampala, the reigning title holders Zimbabwe will face off against Namibia to decide who the continent’s automatic entry into the 2027 Rugby World Cup in Australia will be. NBL’s competition winners were each allowed to invite two or three friends to join them on the trip to Kampala. Together with representatives from Windhoek Beer and Synergi Marketing, a group of twelve Namibians fans will depart from Windhoek today to go “Support the Boytjies” in a crucial Welwitschias vs Sables epic, where Namibia is striving to secure its eighth consecutive Rugby World Cup appearance since 1999.
