Sentrum Pharmacy, located in the heart of Walvis Bay, stands as a cornerstone of healthcare and well-being in the community.

In conversation with original owner Stephen Hrywniak, he said that he and a partner, the late Lionel Clegg, opened the pharmacy's doors in September 1973 in the old Metze & Ziegler building.
Current owner Hendrik van Schalkwyk bought the pharmacy in 2008 and in due course moved to where they are located today.
And while 50 years have passed, their priority remains the same: to deliver the best possible service to clients. “We always try to go the extra mile. Also, we try to stock everything necessary for your health under one roof,” Hendrik says.
“We make sure to sell the best products possible, and constantly extend our ranges. At the moment we are the largest stockists of Crocs in the country.”
