Aansoekers vir poste by gevangenisdienste moet aanmeld vir onderhoude

Die Namibiese gevangenisdiens sê 15 867 aansoekers wat op ’n kortlys geplaas is vir 200 geadverteerde poste moet tussen 18 en 27 Januarie vir evalueringstoetse aanmeld. Volgens ’n verklaring het 33 259 mense vir die poste aansoek gedoen. Die kortlys sluit kandidate in wat vir spesifieke vaardighede uitgesonder is. Vir die poste vir sport en die blaasorkes, sowel as vragmotorbestuurders, is 420 kandidate uitgesonder. Dié wat deel van die blaasorkes wil wees, moet op 18 en 19 Januarie by die Israel Patrick Iyambo-polisiekollege aanmeld, terwyl aansoekers vir sport sowel as moontlike vragmotorbestuurders op 20 en 21 Januarie by die Onafhanklikheidstadion moet aanmeld. Die res van die aansoekers en wel die tussen die ouderdomme van 18 tot 25 jaar kom aan die beurt op 18 en 19 Januarie, terwyl dié ouer as 26 jaar vanaf 07:00 op 20 en 21 Januarie moet aanmeld. Aansoekers moet hul oorspronklike identifikasiedokument en ŉ gedragsertifikaat nie ouer as ses maande saambring om outomatiese diskwalifikasie te vermy.
