Win tickets to Women of Substance conference
Old Mutual, in conjunction with the Women of Substance Association, is hosting a conference and networking cocktail tomorrow and Saturday to celebrate International Women’s Day. The theme is “Women in business – the changing face of leadership.”
Moreover, two Kollig readers now have the chance to win a ticket each valued at N$750 to join in the celebrations. The programme highlights include a thought-provoking panel discussion with Thami Ngubeni, the former editor of O Magazine, along with Namibian women in leadership roles on the topic, “How we as women can build stronger presence in leadership positions across all sectors of our economy.”
Thami is a highly accomplished producer, writer, actress and presenter in South Africa. She is a recognised spokesperson who endeavours to inspire and empower all members of society. Wellness workshops are another highlight on the programme and will be facilitated by var ious speakers.
Renowned brand guru and motivational speaker, Timothy Maurice Webster, will offer a lifestyle coaching workshop on “Building your Personal Brand” while life coach Juanene Frydman offers a workshop on “Wisdom for the inner I”.
Namibia’s Afra Schimming-Chase will speak about “Financial abundance.” The cocktail and networking evening comprises an exciting fashion extravaganza along with performances by local female group, Gal Level. Saturday’s events include a craft exhibition in the Zoo Park.
