Who will be Republikein's Bridal Couple of the Year?

Judging by the thousands of SMS’s received to vote for the top 12 in Republikein’s Bridal Couple of the Year competition, the final taking place this Friday is sure to cause a stir – and a bit of nervousness amongst the couples!
Arriving at this point took months of preparation, with couples entering their photos and tales of their most beautiful day. The preliminary judging panel had its work cut out for it to narrow down the more than 230 entries to 30 semi-finalists.
Finally, after an interactive SMS campaign that received more than 12 000 votes from our readers, the couples and their support networks, the top 12 couples were recently announced.

On Friday at 17:00 these couples get the chance to strut their stuff, competing for their part of the total prize offering of around N$170 000. To see them in action, be on the lookout for the most eye-catching bridal couple at the Expo. The winners will be announced at around 18:00.
