Political parties have show the voters that they only need votes from the people to enrich themselves. Very good and big example. Look to the new head office of the ruling party Swapo, well the voters are suffering without job’s, housing, land, education and health. They only promise us but do little. Therefore to contest as a independent candidate, you have direct responsibilities towards the community. You ask permission from the party executive to fight for the people. The community are your Central Committee. They will tell you what they want and when they want it, finish. You are not affiliated to any political party, you are affiliated to the community of the constituency. You don’t report to a political party secretary general. You report directly to the community. Gibeon constituency has been neglected for the past 30 years by our party political leaders. Gibeon constituency have a great potential ability to develop the community of Gibeon constituency, we have enough natural resources in the district.
