Okahandja munisipale raad, doen iets aan die krag by Oshetu. Dis pikdonker elke aand. Dis nou 'n week.

Moet altoos my hande lekker warm vryf voor ek lyfroom aanwend, want ek verdra nie my eie koue hande op my lyf nie. Maar nou ja . . .

Ek ry elke dag tot by Omeya. Help asb!

The person who constantly writes negative stories about Khp Municipality, you mislead the workers in the name of PSUN. PSUN is run by DPN (Nama Party). You fight the SWAPO Party leadership from inside. You destroy the whole organisation with your Nama politics. You from DPN must be moved from the strategic positions you occupy in the Municipality. You move from one office to the other to instigate the workers against the Council. We are aware that you plan an illegal strike against the Council. Stop spreading untrue stories about the Municipal camps and bad debts. DPN and RDP were placed at strategic positions by the previous Council. You steel documentation from the archives and leak to the media. DPN hold party meetings during working hours.

In February this year I invested over N$ 1. 7 million in a house in Dorado Park. I am paying through my neck every month because I want to raise my children in a safe and secure environment. Four months down the line and a shebeen opened a few houses down in the street. Do I not have the right to raise my children in a safe neighbourhood without the ever present sight of drunk men drinking on the street and urinating against yard fences and street lights? And than I am not even talking about the ever present loud music and cars parked in the street and on neighbours' pavements. I would like to see my children quickly walk over to the neighbours without being harrased and threatened by drunk men, and women if you look at how things were there on Sunday 26 June in the afternoon. At the City of Windhoek one is being sent from pillar to post. I mean, what about our property value? What about our rights? Is there somebody that can help. Please.
