Wish the authorities do inspections and spot fine those who refuse to wear masks. Yesterday (Wednesday), one shop had no hand sanitizing available, none of the cashiers wore masks, few clients wore masks. Another shop – no hand sanitizing, none of the workers nor the customers wore masks. There were 10 people in the shop. Third shop, same story. Maybe Swakop will be happy with another lockdown?
