Die Windhoek Resiesduifklub het die afgelope naweek 'n wedvlug oor 501 kilometer vanaf Narubis, suidoos van Keetmanshoop, gehou.

Wikus en Christelle Loots se wenduif in die jaaroud afdeling het 'n gemiddelde spoed van 1227 meter per minuut gehandhaaf. In die ope afdeling het Jan Balt se wenduif teen 'n gemiddelde snelheid van 1229 m/minuut gevlieg.

Die plekke vanaf Narubis is soos volg behaal:

Jaaroud: Wikus & Christelle Loots eerste en vierde; Leon Stoop tweede; Hennie Maré derde en sewende; Charl Visser vyfde; PW Esterhuizen sesde; Dirk van Zyl agtste; Nollie de Villiers negende; Dieter Lucks tiende.

Ope: Jan Balt eerste; Nollie de Villiers tweede en derde; Leon Stoop vierde en negende; Nico Grundeling vyfde en sesde; Dieter Lucks sewende; PW Esterhuizen agtste; Steve Basson tiende.

• Die Windhoek-klub het die vorige naweek 'n wedvlug oor 471 kilometer vanaf Seeheim gehou.

PW Esterhuizen se wenduif in die jaaroud afdeling het 'n gemiddelde spoed van 1108 meter per minuut gehandhaaf, terwyl Nollie de Villiers se wenner in die ope afdeling 1088 m/minuut opgestel het.

Die plekke vanaf Seeheim is soos volg behaal:

Jaaroud: PW Esterhuizen eerste, tweede, agtste, negende, tiende; Charl Visser derde, vyfde en sewende; Hennie Maré vierde; Gert Engelbrecht sesde.

Ope: Nollie de Villiers eerste, derde en tiende; PW Esterhuizen tweede; Nollie de Villiers derde; Gert Engelbrecht vierde; Wikus & Christelle Loots vyfde; Leon Stoop sesde; Marius van Zyl sewende en agtste; Charl Visser negende.

• Die klub se volgende wedvlug is komende Saterdag vanaf Narubis (501 km) in die opbou na die seisoen se afsluiting op 8 September.

Die klub se huidige puntevoorlopers vir die seisoen is C&A Visser (1567), PW Riverfoods (1351) en Hennie Maré (1077).
