Thousands of affordable houses planned in Windhoek

Ongos Valley Development Company on Tuesday evening launched its housing project, which will see 4 500 affordable homes built in the first phase within the next five years.
The 20-year project aims to construct 30 000 housing units in total.
Ongos Valley Development will be the first housing development in Namibia to introduce a rent-to-buy model.
