“. . .lekker jolig met GRN-voertuie.”
Mandy Rittmann
Aai!

Hoe sê hulle: "Weapons don't kill people, people kill people."

Ongelukke, ongelukke, ongelukke met baie mense dood! Duidelik speel alkohol 'n groot rol, bestuurders ry roekeloos en is onbekwaam, daar is iets baie verkeerd met toetse vir lisensies! Waar is die kops op die paaie? Kameras? Spoed-traps? Doen iets!

The notorious criminal who raped a German tourist in Bethanien is out on bail for murder and rape to continue his crimes. Shocking! Justice system, this is in your conscience. Responsible incapable magistrate and judge should be prosecuted as well.

First Lady says Namibians do not hate corruption because it is wrong, but because they are not eating? What kind of a rubbish statement is that? Does she even read the papers? Daily horrendous corruption is exposed usually in high places and the ACC or government does nothing about it? Cronies? The country is bankrupt and in shambles and there are no consequences!

"Pension fund trustees challenged to enhance skills": I went to see NAMFISA about this problem in mid 2000 already in regard to RUL pension fund as the trustees - no disrespect - are mostly from the shop floors and just don't have the financial savvy and know how that the company trustees (accountants/financial managers) have and could be bamboozled into questionable deals/rule changes without realising the deep implication for the pensioners. I was told back then that NAMFISA would implement rules that trustees must have a minimum financial qualifications to become trustees. Seems nothing has changed. What else is new?

Lüderitz-dorpsraad was vir 'n diens Windhoek toe Vrydag.

So controvertial phosphate mining which has permanently devastated countries that have allowed it is back on the table with clearance certificate issued very quietly by environment ministry! This despite worldwide condemnation? AG Shanghala who previously apposed this now eager to proceed? UK scientists and rookie lawyer involved? Katti involved? Why? This reeks! Fishing industry goodbye. Poor, poor Namibia!

All those running for top jobs are already millionaires. They have served themselves very well during Swapo's reign and rule after serving themselves well. They come to the poverty stricken peasants and tell them "Now hard work"! These so called liberators are staying in top class neighbourhoods secure from all dangers of society while the electorate taxpayers are at the mercy of a hostile environment. There is no one amongst the current ruling elite to look up to. They downgraded us the very day we put our trust and future in the hands of this regime. I see a bad moon rising, I see trouble all the way. - NMLNDR

To the gentleman who claims that the Ombudsman office is useless. The Ombudsman invites you to visit our office to familiarise yourself with what we do. - Aurelia David, PRO, Office of the Ombudsman

Sies!
