'n Driejarige meisie en 10 maande oue seuntjie is op Ariamsvlei glo deur hul oom in 'n matras versmoor.

Volgens die Namibiese polisie se koördineerder vir misdaadondersoeke in die ||Kharasstreek, adj.komm. Chrispin Mubebo, het die voorval tussen Dinsdagnag en Woensdagoggend plaasgevind.

Die twee kinders is as Merlize Kooper en Xavier Christiaan geïdentifiseer.

"Na bewering het die 51-jarige verdagte die matras waarop die kinders geslaap het, toegevou en op dit gesit," het Mubebo gesê.

Die verdagte is in hegtenis geneem en die ondersoek duur voort. - Nampa
