Oanibeb always aims to leave a lasting impression with clients
A day full of fun and productiveness

Dennis Oanibeb is currently working as a customer experience consultant at MultiChoice Namibia. With his background as a branch supervisor and skills in IT systems, Oanibeb acquired the necessary skillsets such as analysing workloads, trends, patterns and peaks within MultiChoice.
“I take appropriate action to ensure maximum performance, good knowledge of information systems, prospecting, and the ability to deal with clients,” he says.
When asked what his job is all about, he said they use outside-in metrics to gather data and information to conduct analysis and gather insights so that they can collaborate and agree on action plans to drive a continuous improvement process.
Oanibeb says the biggest challenge in his career was to create a script that they use to conduct survey interviews with clients. “I created a call monitor that helps us track our progress and aids with planning for the day,” he says proudly. He explains his typical day in short: productive, fun and busy - all boxed. What makes Oanibeb push more is the ability to resolve a customer’s query as an individual or collectively.
Asked what his advice to young people is, he quotes David Cameron Gikandi: “At every moment and in every situation, with every thought and action, ask yourself two questions: Is this the greatest version of the grandest vision I have ever had of myself? What would you love to do? Then adjust your thoughts and actions based on the answers to these two questions.”
Oanibeb plans to leave a lasting impression in the lives of families through every customer he interacts with. He lives by the motto of Malala Yousafzai: “One book, one pen, one child, and one teacher can change the world.”
One thing he wishes he could do is to break it down on the dance floor. Oanibeb says the best phase in his life was when he became a dad and his greatest fear is becoming irrelevant. If he had an opportunity to change anything in the world, Oanibeb would liberate women from the beginning of time.
