No insider trading with Trustco shares

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) in South Africa has found no evidence of insider trading in Trustco shares, Trustco Group Holdings Ltd said in a statement on the Namibian Stock Exchange (NSX) this morning.
The FSCA said in March it was investigating transactions in Trustco securities for insider trading.
“It should be noted that these investigations are not into the affairs of Trustco but into trading in Trustco securities on the stock exchange,” Trustco emphasised.
The FSCA has completed and closed its investigation.
Trustco is dual-listed on the Overall Index of the NSX. It closed at N$9.55 per share on Monday.
