My.Na Property, Namibia Media Holdings’ flagship property news and lifestyle brand, is entering a bold new phase as we move from a monthly to a weekly print and television programme.

“We want to grow the My.Na Property brand to reaffirm its position as the leading property news platform, which not only informs the public on the latest developments in the industry, but offers inspiration on trends and DIY projects, while giving property-related service providers the opportunity to market their products and services to the widest audience possible,” Lou-marie Jordan, the marketing co-ordinator for the My.Na Property brand, said.

Plethora of platforms

Thanks to the multi-platform nature of NMH’s print, digital and soon television footprint, clients and contributors can enjoy the widest visibility on offer in Namibia, and far beyond our borders.

With over 500 000 social media subscribers and a highly reputable range of print and online brands which reach every corner of the country, the visibility of the My.Na brands is simply unmatched.

“Even when stated humbly, there is no doubt that NMH is among the top media groups in Africa, and with that comes a huge opportunity to harness the brand presence and appeal to a diverse range of demographics and interest groups to inform and market properties and property-related products and services, thus adding value to this critical commercial sector,” Yochanaan Coetzee, a creative marketing executive at NMH and content creator for the My.Na brands, said.

Insights on sites

Along with news, insights into trends, property finance, maintenance and more, the My.Na website is currently undergoing a complete revamp and will soon offer a comprehensive and current platform for property listings and marketing your business.

“We are hard at work and super excited to complete our new website as this will do well to complement the brand’s offering to both the public and the various stakeholders within the industry. We aim to provide the most up-to-date real estate listing platform for everything from residential and commercial to agricultural property, giving both private individuals and professional real estate agents the opportunity to reach the widest audience possible,” Shannon Awases, the listings co-ordinator for the My.Na Property website, mentioned.

My.Na is Yours.Na

Instead of a top-down approach to covering news from the property sector, My.Na Property would like to hear from people on the ground and highlight the stories that matter to you. To achieve this, the team is eager to engage the market and individuals on the perspective on property.

“Whether you’re an estate agent, architect, engineer, landscaper, hardware supplier or even a DIY enthusiast who’s just completed an epic project, we’d love to hear from you and take your project, product or service to the world. Thanks to the support of our anchor sponsor, Neo Paints Namibia, we’re able to achieve this and contribute to the sector, while informing and inspiring property enthusiasts,” Coetzee said.

Feel free to contact Steenkamp or Coetzee at [email protected] or [email protected], or call 061 297 2000 for all your advertising or content coverage needs, and we’ll give you the visibility that transforms your business and gets your property sold.

Keep an eye on the media for the official launch date for our brand-new website and catch our weekly shows on Tuesdays across NMH’s Republikein, Namibian Sun and Allgemeine Zeitung’s social media platforms.
