Die #MeToo Namibia-veldtog is vandag in Windhoek van stapel gestuur.

Die veldtog beoog om ondersteuning aan oorlewendes van geslags- en seksuele geweld te bied deur toegang tot psigososiale en regshulp.

Hulle bied ook toegang tot inligting oor hoe om die Namibiese polisie te nader om oortredings aan te meld.

#MeToo Namibia is ’n vennootskap tussen Regain Trust, Lifeline/Childline, the Namibian Women Lawyers Association, Nixon Marcus Public Law Firm, Bel Esprit, Slut Shame Walk, UNFPA, die kantoor van die eerste dame, die Namibiese koalisie teen geslagsgeweld, Sister Namibia en die Regshulpsentrum (LAC).
