'Ek sien rêrig uit na hierdie Namibiese kuier. Met my enigste vorige 'boekbesoek' aan Windhoek amper tien jaar terug was ek verstom oor hoe die Afrikaanse Namibiers sulke besoeke waardeer! Niemand is blasé soos in Stellenbosch of Pretoria waar elke Afrikaanse skrywer of sanger sy ding gaan doen nie. Ek het laas 'n wavrag boeke hier verkoop en wonderlike mense ontmoet en ek hoop natuurlik dit gaan dié keer nog beter wees aangesien ek nou sommer 2 nuwe boeke het om met die publiek te deel: MISVERSTAND vir volwassenes en AL WAT EK WEET vir tieners.'

Marita tree ook in Swakopmund op - vir die lesers wat nie Saterdagoggend in Windhoek kan wees nie. 'Ontmoet die skrywer' Woensdag 2 Aug van 17h00 - 19h00 by die Die Muschel in Swakopmund.
