Mnre. Bernadus Swartbooi en Henny Seibeb, van die Landless People’s Movement (LPM), appélleer teen 'n besluit deur regter Kobus Muller om nie 'n bevel van die Speaker van die parlement, prof. Peter Katjavivi, wat hulle uit die parlement verban, om te keer nie.

Volgens hul hofaansoek het Muller verkeerdelik die plig van die hof versuim om die wetlikheid van administratiewe optrede te bepaal. As gevolg van Muller se bevinding kan hulle nie die Nasionale Vergadering se verrigtinge bywoon óf hul kantore by die parlementsgebou gebruik nie.
