Groot afwagting op Klein Windhoek se nuwe uitbreiding

KLEIN Windhoek kry volgende jaar nog 'n nuwe uitbreiding met die aanvang van die bou van Bassingthwaighte Court. Die nuwe uitbreiding word op 'n erf van 3 000 m2 in Bassingthwaightestraat gebou.

Die gebou wat tans op die erf staan, gaan gesloop word sodat die bouwerk vroeg volgende jaar in alle ems kan begin. Bouwerk sal ongeveer tien maande duur. Twaalf luukse drieslaapkamereenhede, wat elk 174 m2 onderdak beslaan, gaan gebou word.

Die drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers gaan op die boonste verdieping wees terwyl die sitkamer en die kombuis op die onderste vlak sal wees. Kopers het ook 'n keuse tussen 'n enkel of dubbel motorhuis en elke eenheid sal 'n tuin he.

'n Muur van 1,8 meter hoog met elektriese drade en 'n afstandbeheerhek sal verseker dat die inwoners van Bassingthwaighte Court te alle tye veilig is. Skakel Eduard Storbeck by 081 1277374 of Annetjie Nel by 081 259 2605 vir nog inligting.
