Govt borrows N$2bn from AfDB
The African Development Bank (AfDB) has approved another loan of about N$2 billion to government.
Finance minister Calle Schlettwein says this loan is on top of the N$10 billion government already owes the AfDB.
However, the loan was planned for won’t increase government’s budgeted debt burden, he said.
