FNB Namibia ready to assist
WINDHOEK,? The First National Bank (FNB) Namibia Holdings Group has assured local and international investors that FNB Namibia is ready to offer assistance with the setting-up of new businesses in Namibia.
FNB Namibia Holdings Group Chief Executive (CEO) Advocate Vekuii Rukoro (photo) said this on Tuesday while speaking at the Commonwealth/Namibia Investme n t F o r um c u r r e n t l y underway in Windhoek.
Rukoro noted that FNB Namibia is well positioned to assist foreign investors through its collaborative networks with government and various other regulatory bodies.
?We will also offer assistance to investors through the provision of a full spectrum of banking facilities and exchange control requirements,? he added, saying FNB Namibia understands the local economy, while its ability to source and structure local investment opportunities through RMB Namibia is invaluable.
Rand Merchant Bank (RMB) Namibia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of FNB Holdings Limited and specialises in early advising and structuring of projects and partnerships, as well as the arranging, syndication and co-funding of projects.
More than 300 local and international investors are attending the Commonwealth/Namibia International Investment Forum.
The investment forum was organised by the Commonwealth organisation and the Namibian government.
