FNB back in Maerua

Ian Leyenaar, CEO of FNB Namibia, recently officially opened the brand new and re-located branch of FNB Namibia in Maerua Mall. FNB Namibia is the first bank to relocate its branch to the new banking hall at Maerua Mall. The new branch is more spacious and the staff number has been increased to service all customers better and more quickly. FNB has also created different service zones such as a welcome zone, sales zone, a service zone, support zone and relationship zone, where customers can do their transactional banking. Christel Denk is the branch manager at Maerua. Leyenaar also said that the bank recently launched a new brand campaign where FNB staff offers to extend a hand of friendship beyond the normal banking relationship, which means that with more than 1 800 staff members, Namibians potentially have 1 800 new friends.
