Exciting event coming to Mole
Beach volleyball
The Fabupharm Swakop Masters 2018 beach volleyball event will be held at the Mole beach in Swakopmund on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 November.
This will be the sixth and penultimate event in the Timeout Beach Series 2018.
Two-a-side teams can enter in the men's, women's, social or mixed youth categories, while there will also be a 4-a-side social mixed competition (one female on court at all times).
The deadline for entries is next Thursday, 1 November.
The Fabupharm Swakop Masters will be hosted at the Mole's beautiful beach setting, offering the perfect combination of sun, sea and sand.
Matches will start on both days at 08:00 and the finals will be around 13:00 on Sunday. Everyone is invited to come and watch some great beach volleyball action.
The competition will see top beach volleyball athletes taking part, including Conrad Johannes and Rosi Hennes (King & Queen of the Beach 2018).
“We are very excited to welcome back Fabupharm as tournament sponsor, having sponsored the Swakop Masters event every year since 2015. We are very thankful for their support and are looking forward to working with them again for this event,” says the series and tournament director, James Verrinder.
The entry fees are:
N$2 000 – Diamond package, includes volleyball team entry and 6 exclusive VIP passes to the Tafel Lite Beach Bash 2018.
N$1 300 – Gold package, includes volleyball team entry and 6 exclusive General Access passes to the Tafel Lite Beach Bash 2018.
N$800 – Silver package, includes volleyball team entry only and no access to the Tafel Lite Beach Bash 2018.

• The last remaining event in the Timeout Beach Series 2018 will be the Bank Windhoek Beach Bash Volleyball on 22 December at Langstrand.
The categories will be Pro 4-a-side mixed, as well as social 4-a-side mixed (one female on court at all time and a maximum of six players per team).
