El Jesus to face Chairman
Local boxer Paulus ‘El Jesus’ Ambunda is pitted against Tinashe ‘Chairman’ Mwadziwana of Zimbabwe on 18 April in the historic featherweight World Africa Boxing Association Supreme world title fight.

The fight between the triple former world champion Paulus ‘El Jesus’ Ambunda and Tinashe ‘Chairman’ Mwadziwana is part of the Independence Boxing bonanza of Zimbabwe and is expected to thrill the pants off boxing fans.
Now 39 years old, Ambunda shows no signs of slowing down and has been hard at work in the gym preparing for his fight.
In total the Namibian has 30 fights to his name, 27 of them wins and three losses. The last time he fought was in May last year, losing to Stephen Fulton Jr of America by unanimous scores.
His opponent, 31-year-old Mwadziwana, has 29 fights in total; 17 wins and 12 loses. He was last in action last year May against fellow countryman Tinkhani Kamanga, whom he beat via technical knockout.
