Grondbone in die kollig

Die Grondbonevereniging van Namibië hou op 14 September ‘n ledevergadering en inligtingsdag in Summerdown. Die ledevergadering begin om 09:00 en die inligtingsdag om 10:30. Die sprekers by die inligtingsdag is dr. Fidelis NyambMwazi van Amta, Frans Uirab van die weerkantoor, Louie van Zyl van Nulandis & Pioneer, Wessel Higgs van Trio Trade en Johan Steenkamp van Hochland Tractors. Skietkompetisie by Onder Nossob

Die Onder Nossob BV daag alle medeboereverenigings uit om deel te neem aan 'n interboerevereniging-skietkompetisie wat op 16 September by die BV-saal plaasvind. Pret wag op Aroab

Wilhelmstal-Okasise bied Somerfees aan

Hierdie boerevereniging hou op 23 September om 10:00 by die BV-saal ‘n Somerfees. Verskeie aktiwiteite word aangebied soos onder meer windbuksskiet en bottel-tombola. Daar is ook ‘n landbou-, toerisme- en jagskou. Om 18:00 is daar ‘n spitbraai en dans. Registrasie beloop N$200 per persoon, waarby die ete ingesluit is. Gratis kampeerplek is beskikbaar. Summerdown bespreek voerproduksie

Summerdown se lede hou op 23 September ‘n boeredag met die tema “Voerproduksie (besproeiing) en sonkrag”. Sake wat bespreek gaan word, is die koste van voerverbouing, oprigting en gebruik van spilpunte, die impak van besproeiing op die watertafels en grondwaarde.
