Die direktoraat veeartsenydienste (DVS) in die ministerie van landbou, water en bosbou het 'n beroep op produsente gedoen om die elektroniese NamLits-stelsel aanlyn te gebruik om dierebewegingspermitte, kuddestate asook die 90/40 dae-verslag te verkry.

Volgens DVS sal dit die druk op die streekskantore verlig.

DVS ontvang die dierebewegingspermitte, diereregistrasiekaarte en dieregesondheidsverklaringsvorms en indien amptenare nie betyds die data kan inpons nie vanweë omstandighede buite hulle beheer, word hierdie dokumente na die NamLits-hoofkantoor gestuur om nie die produsente/agente te verontrief nie.
