Blind faith and Corona deaths

At the end of World War I, 1917 – 1918, the Spanish Flue killed 52 million, young and old, out of 1.7 billion people in an unprecedented pandemic. The war killed “only” 20 million. There was no vaccine.

Then Jenner eliminated smallpox, with his Cowpox vaccination discovery. Salk and Sabin eliminated polio with vaccination drops.

The slow HIV pandemic of the 1980’s does not yet have a vaccine, but can be controlled by antiretroviral therapy and lifestyle.

The Novel Corona (Covid-19) virus has caused medical, educational, economic and emotional havoc since starting in China less than two years ago.

We live in the fourth industrial revolution. We can measure inputs and outputs, risks and benefits. We can analyse data, do research and can then counterattack, with evidence.

The data, however, is under reported for many mild cases.

Nobody goes to war blindly. We need defensive and offensive weapons to protect and attack.

The new Delta variant is highly infectious, spreading by aerosol droplet spray and touch.

The measures to reduce risk are:

In the Paediatric Health Passport of the Ministry of Health and Social Services, the E.P.I. (Extended Programme of Immunisation), is the rock on which much or Primary Health Care was built, in the last century.

Your health is your single most important asset. Invest in it, and nurture it.

A jab (vaccine) in the arm, is an investment in your health bank, not unsafe money under the matrass.

The vaccines available, inactive, attenuated, or mRNA, are effective in triggering a protective antibody response, to reduce complications and death by ninety percent.

The side-effects are minor and minimal, as compared to death!

I know of a number of doctors and pharmacists who did not believe in vaccination and died. Death is irreversible, and emotionally traumatic, for those left behind.

The rarest sense of mankind is common sense (science, truth, facts). The statistics speak for themselves. Open your mind and get vaccinated, but also follow a healthy lifestyle.

The goal is eighty percent antibody, herd immunity, thro vaccination and recovered persons, who had boosters. The transmission risk then fades. Speed up vaccinations and then the economy and tourism will recover. The vaccine is your safety belt and shield against danger (corona).

Fifty years ago, there were people who opposed compulsory safety belts in vehicles. Today we have safer cars and airbags in case we crash.

Ignorance is not bliss. Blind faith alone will not protect you. We need realistic faith. Disinformation, fake social media propaganda, which is unfiltered and uncritical, paralyses the Covid-19 War effort. A lie repeated often enough becomes the new truth – Josef Goebbels the Nazi propaganda prime evil – Holocaust.

If you believe that the vaccine is more dangerous then the virus, you need psychiatric help.

Covid-19 is an invisible viral mega-pandemic. If we don’t team up in the spirit of Ubuntu and Harambee, we all lose! Corona spike bullets, don’t turn into water based on your belief/hope – myth.

People who refuse vaccination for non-medical reasons are saboteurs of public health. They are anti-social. Health care services are overwhelmed by the pandemic. Normal medical services and surgery severely handicapped. Medical aids will be forced to increase non-vaccinated co-payments of Covid-19, hospital admissions in order to survive. PSEMAS will be forced to review their benefit business model subsidy.

Non-vaxxers cannot be subsidised by vaxxers. No vaccine, no economic recovery, no tourism, socio economic hardship. Praying and divine intervention will not save you. When your oxygen levels drop, and you go to hospital, it is too late for vaccinations!

Non-vaxxers must stay home and plan their insurance and funeral policies.

The cost of disease is the loss of production/income, plus the cost of treatment and death.

What is left if you are ignorant, reckless and negligent?

Real information is knowledge, power-based on processed choice, leading to security and peace of mind and life.

Choose lifestyle over Russian roulette deathstyle.

Imagine a Jehovah’s witness taxi-driver (no blood transfusion), rushing to take a vaccine refuser to the funeral of a Covid-19 death, with one too many Hail Mary drinks on board.
