Jessica Botes - Die polisie aan die kus is op soek na die bestuurder van 'n voertuig wat in die nagtelike ure vanoggend (Vrydag) buite Swakopmund deur 'n betonreling langs die kuspad gebars en in die see beland het.
Die ongeluk het om 01:15 sowat 1 km buite Swakopmund op die pad na Walvisbaai gebeur.
Volgens adj.komm Erastus Ikuyu van die polisie in die Erongostreek, het 'n verbyganger die ongeluk aangemeld.
Op die toneel was daar geen teken van die bestuurder of ander insittendes nie.
Die ondersoek na wat gebeur het, duur voort.
