The data on Covid-19 is underreported.
Many people who had mild Covid-19 were never tested and counted. The most accurate figures are patients who died of Covid in hospitals.
The vaccination rates are very slow, and the waiting queues end up being super spreader events for Covid-19 transmission.
The only and best way to test for Covid-19 exposure, is taking a representative example of 100 people and testing them for antibodies (recovered and vaccinated), e.g. commuter bus x 4.
The Ministry of Health and Social Services is aiming for 80% herd antibody immunity to break the transmission cycle of the virus but how long will this take?
