Adv. Gerson Hinda serves on FNB boards

FNB Namibia Holdings Ltd and First National Bank of Namibia Ltd Board of Directors welcome new independent non-executive director, Advocate Gerson Samuel Hinda, to the Board.

Hinda, born in Fransfontein in the Kunene Region, is a practicing Advocate of the Society of Advocates in Namibia, whose extensive experience and skills make him an ideal appointment to the respective boards.

Hinda is enthusiastic about his appointment, saying: “I look forward to serving on the Boards of FNB Namibia Holdings Ltd and First National Bank of Namibia Ltd.

“The Boards play a vital role, acting as the focal point for and custodian of corporate governance.”
