Imagination is more important than knowledge

Knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution. The Capricorn Group had an inspirational technology talk with pupils and students recently.
They covered topics that were both informative and that had a great impact on students. The exciting world of technology and out-of-the-box thinking creates new opportunities. Technology produces innovative products and if you have seen further than others it is because you are standing on the shoulders of giants.
We spoke about some global challenges such as food production, climate change, unemployment, water and, interestingly, the internet too. We also discussed manufacturing and the diversity of 3D printers and how innovative one can be with a 3D printer.
Problem solving is the heart of simplicity. Always try the simple but don’t look for the easy way out. Coding is very simple and can be added to your daily life. Artificial Intelligence is soon to take over the world. Sometimes people all over the world fear the day that technology will surpass our human interaction.
Often this is a fear that is invoked from not having enough knowledge or just from reading material that is not meant to set your heart at ease when it comes to Artificial Intelligence.
