Show me the logic

WIMPIE KRUGER WRITES:

I refer to the letter in Republikein of Friday, 29 May 2020.

Bossie's summary of the current Covid procedures, application thereof and the situation in Namibia are so accurate and logic that I can recommend to our High Executives in our government to start evaluating the future consequences of their actions.

A simple example is the sale of alcohol in restaurants but not allowing the customer to drink it during a meal. Bluntly put, it's ridiculous. (This plan was adapted. - Editor)

The same with limiting trading hours for the sale of alcohol products. There is a lot more to analyse, but the fact is the corona virus will be with us for the rest of this century. Going back in history the most notable pandemics had flu elements since the early 19th century.

The risk of contracting the virus bears two ways: You can both contract and spread the virus by not adhering to measures such as wearing a mask.

The responsibility remains with you as a person if you want social interaction with friends and family.
