By harnessing data analytics, organisations can pinpoint trends, uncover the underlying causes of talent-related challenges and make informed, data-driven decisions to enhance organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.However, despite the myriad benefits of technology adoption, organisations encounter challenges such as system integration complexities, data security apprehensions and employee resistance to change.
