Kavendjii was devastated, but she handled the situation with professionalism and empathy. She met with the buyer to deliver the bad news and was subsequently asked to find another property for them. Kavendjii successfully got a new property, and the contract was signed, leaving the buyer satisfied. "At the end of the day, it's not personal. In the next five years, she aims to expand nationwide, creating employment opportunities as the company grows.
