Five friends and a pizzeria

With summer upon us, nothing is better than good food, good vibrations and shaded outdoor seating. The newly established Napoletana Wood Fired Pizzeria has been offering all these ingredients for the past six months from their eatery in Windhoek.Napoletana, which is the brainchild of five friends, has seen continuous growth in sales coupled with positive feedback from both first-time clients and returning ones."What inspires us most to continue, despite the organic challenges that come with running a business, is definitely all the love and positive feedback we have been receiving from clients."This fuels us to gun for our goals of expanding and opening more shops in and around Namibia, while making sure to continue offering the best wood-fired pizza," said Roger Waldemar Rafael, a partner in the business.Fresh from the ovenNapoletana is currently run by five individuals who are responsible for different facets of the enterprise.The pizzeria is located on Independence Avenue, opposite Café Capri."All our pizza starts with a base that is tossed and stretched by hand daily, topped with our special tomato base sauce, mozzarella and the most mouth-watering flavours with fresh toppings."This is what makes our range of fifteen pizzas unique – such as our range of sweet pizzas that include the caramelised banana and roasted apple topped pizzas, in addition to the fact that they are all wood fired," Rafael added."Napoletana is the perfect combination of good food and good vibes. The scrumptious flavours of the various pizzas and the outdoor seating really make it the ideal spot for to grab a bite in the summer," a Napoletana’s client said.
