Augustu’s love for bicycles and his desire to create jobs fuelled the expansion, aiming not only to serve customers but also to give back to the community.By 2016, the business moved to Khomasdal industrial stores and adopted the shorter, easier-to-remember name, DBikes. DBikes has faced limited funding for reinvestment, seasonal fluctuations in customer demand, and minimal government support for growth initiatives such as opening a training school for bicycle mechanics.
