It is going awesome so far. We just hope for the best.”Janke du PlessisAs the head cheerleader for Windhoek Gymnasium, Janke Du Plessis shared what it took to compile the team's choreography. “It was a lot of hard work. We had trials in the beginning of the year. We practiced every week for an hour and a half. I must say, it required a lot of polishing and time.”Carin StrydomMiss WHS Carin Strydom shared her thoughts on the rugby game between the under-19 boys. “The game is very intense. We’ll see how things change during the game because anything can happen.”Lezandro HansenLezandro Hansen, as the saxophonist of the cheerleading team, shared the preparations it took to play in front of the whole school. "We got together every morning during the register period for 45 minutes. That's all it took. WHS is well-known for our spirit, so it didn’t take us long to catch the music we performed.”Junior KatomaJunior Katoma shared his thoughts and experiences of the interhigh. “I have all my hopes on the rugby team and I’m hoping they will deliver. My favourite part about the interhigh is the spirit and what the two schools bring to the table.”
