The Silver Spoon Hospitality Academy held its 2023 graduations at the academy’s campus in Windhoek last week. This year, nine students graduated from the academy. Speaking at the ceremony, founder of the academy Tom Mutavdzic stated that this is the first year that their institution graduates a cohort of chefs with a chef’s diploma from Highfield.
