Field Ready will officially launch its Namibian Employability Platform at Namibia National Career Week 2026, taking place on 5–6 March at the Mercure Hotel in Windhoek.

The digital platform has been developed to help young Namibians build employability skills by providing access to industry-aligned training, digital learning pathways and connections with employers across key sectors of the economy.

The launch forms part of the two-day national event, which is expected to attract more than 5,000 students, graduates and young professionals exploring education and career opportunities.

Learners who register on the platform will gain access to courses focused on employability, including health and safety, digital skills and career readiness. The aim is to equip young people with the practical skills needed to transition successfully from education into the workforce.

Field Ready has already supported more than 20,000 learners in Mozambique through its employability platform and training programmes, working with industry and training partners to develop skills aligned with labour market demand.

A spokesperson for Field Ready said Namibia is entering an important period of economic growth and opportunity, and ensuring that young people have the right employability skills and access to clear career pathways will be critical to supporting that growth.

The spokesperson added that the platform was developed in collaboration with industry and is designed to provide practical tools, digital learning opportunities and stronger connections with employers.

During the event, attendees will be able to register on the platform, participate in a taster training session and explore available courses and future career opportunities.
