Cordelia leads with clarity, values transparency with customers, and believes that celebrating small wins builds lasting success Helena Hausiku, starting as a Cleaner, now a Warehouse Supervisor, recently led her team to achieve their very first DPOK certification. Her leadership is grounded in teamwork, precision, and passion. “When drive, passion, and determination are in harmony, potential surpasses gender,” she said. Helena’s journey is proof that when women are empowered, entire teams and standards rise with them.
