Bank Windhoek and Cirrus Securities have announced new senior appointments, with Zenaune Kamberipa taking up the role of financial director at Bank Windhoek and Robert McGregor assuming leadership of Cirrus Securities.

Kamberipa’s appointment took effect on 25 September 2026. He joined Bank Windhoek as chief financial officer in September 2020, bringing extensive experience in auditing and financial management in the financial services sector.

He began his career at Deloitte, working in South Africa and later Namibia, before joining FirstRand Group as group financial manager.

Kamberipa is a chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MBA from Stellenbosch Business School.

Bank Windhoek board chairperson Johan Swanepoel said Kamberipa’s appointment would strengthen the bank’s governance and strategic capability.

Meanwhile, McGregor has been approved as a stockbroker and member of the Namibian Securities Exchange after successfully completing his six-month probationary period.

He has also taken over as managing director and stockbroker in charge of Cirrus Securities, following the transfer of member rights from Madelein Smith.
