Her appointment marks a significant step in Capricorn Group’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its brand presence and stakeholderengagement.In one of her previous roles, she served as head of brand marketing and creative services at Bank Windhoek, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the Bank Windhoek brand into thestrong monolithic Capricorn brand recognised today. Her hands-on experience in digital marketing, public relations, user experience design, and executive-level brand strategy positionsher as a dynamic leader capable of driving innovation while maintaining brand authenticity.In her role as Capricorn Group’s brand manager, she will lead the development and execution of integrated brand strategies, oversee high-impact campaigns, ensure consistent brand messagingacross all subsidiaries and platforms, and enhance the Group’s visual brand language. She will also manage strategic sponsorships and support stakeholder engagement initiatives.“Some journeys bring you full circle.
