ISNA KOTZE WRITES:There is an urgent problem with the service of Telecom Mariental. We have to hear the same lies every day. Currently, for more than two weeks, some areas of Stampriet have had no reception. When you phone to make a complaint, they tell you a story in connection with a faulty part. First, it was the wrong part, then the part did not work as it was supposed to. Is it possible to struggle for two weeks to fix a problem? My parents-in-law are directly affected by this incompetence. They are an elderly couple. Telecom is their only means of communication. MTC is not reliable at all. Telecom is their only solution.Twice technical teams from Mariental have visited the farm, but still they do not have any communication. In the past two months, they have only been able to contact us for about five days if you count all the hours. If anything happens to them due to lack of service, we will hold Telecom directly responsible. They pay the bill on time every month, but they do not have any service.
