EUNICE ANN VAN ZYL WRITES:It is with compassion that I think of the lost lives on the Rehoboth road. My condolences to the remaining family and the people of Rehoboth. As Christians, followers of Jesus Christ, we know that obedience to God’s commandments is under extreme attack. These commandments are for our own good. People who die in road accidents, pandemics, murders, and similar examples are dying untimely deaths. The enemy, Satan, is stealing their God-ordained destinies.John 10:10 New King James Bible:“The thief does not come except to steal and to kill and destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly” (words of the Lord Jesus Christ). One thing we should not be ignorant of is that Satan, the thief, will often use people to carry out his evil plans in the lives of people. We must be on guard. The all-knowing God is able to use our situations beyond our understanding for our good! The message of salvation is good:Mark 1:15 (Lord Jesus speaks):“The time has come.” He said, “The Kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe the good news.”Lord, we ask for salvation for the lost. Be magnified and glorified in the nations, Lord Jesus Christ. In your precious Name we pray.
