Foto-uitstalling vier dinamiese vroue

Ter ere van Internasionale Vrouedag wat vandag (8 Maart) gevier word, het die fotograaf Julia Runge ’n intieme fotoreeks geskep wat die swaarkry en triomf uitbeeld van vroue wat sjebiens in Namibië en Suid-Afrika besit en bestuur.

Die 'Shebeen Queens'-uitstalling open Donderdag, 10 Maart, om 19:00 by Café Prestige by die Frans-Namibiese Kultuursentrum (FNCC) en kan tot 6 April daar besigtig word.

Vyf van die vroue wat voor die lens was, sal die opening bywoon om hul stories en ervarings eerstehands te deel.

Die 'Shebeen Queens'-uitstalling is deur die Efano Efano-galery, in samewerking met Café Prestige, saamgestel.
