Namibian Entrepreneur unveils luxurious BOMBAS WINES

Bombas wines, owned by a young Namibian woman who started off as a beautician in the cold streets of Swakopmund, now aims to stand alongside the world’s finest luxury brands, which is inspired by the Namibian dunes, includes a Viognier MCC, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc.The name BOMBAS comes from Sanet Bombas&#039; surname, a tribute to her Namibian heritage and cherished memories of her grandparents from Khorixas. Bombas decided to honour her family name by creating a range of wines that can be enjoyed with friends and family.Bombas&#039; love for bubbly drinks led her to creating a luxurious, full-bodied wine range. Each wine is carefully selected and bottled at renowned South African wine estates, ensuring high quality and distinctive flavours.She explained that her vision is to have multiple cultivators in range, “I have the ambition to have BOMBAS on every cruise ship in the world, stocked on shelves and in personal wine cellars.”“BOMBAS will be top in mind when someone thinks of Namibia”, Bombas added.Additionally, she expressed what she has achieved in the wine industry so far, stating that in any business industry, one has to dedicate oneself as there is a lot to learn. “Learning in a very complex and competitive wine industry has had ups and downs, but ultimately when you put your mind and passion in it, it becomes second nature”.“I am driven by innovation and excellence”, she added. In the journey to bring BOMBAS to life, the complexities and competitiveness of the wine industry presented numerous challenges. However, the passion and dedication of the BOMBAS team, led by their innovative and excellence-driven founder, turned these challenges into learning experiences.Bombas explained the selection process where they had to approach numerous farms in search of a perfect flavour palate for each wine, “I had a very specific palate and quality for each wine in mind, we went to see multiple wine producers to find the perfect wine for each cultivar. “BOMBAS wines are targeted at adventurous, confident, and outgoing individuals who appreciate celebrating life with class and elegance”, Bombas concluded.
