The Purpose Academy
No expiration date
See yourself as God intended — whole, worthy and ready.
It was born from her journey of realignment - a season where she reached what many might consider success. Yet Stacey Susa-Pinto, founder of the Purpose Academy, felt a deep spiritual prompting that her next assignment was about more than policy or boardrooms.
“I had led national institutions, advised governments and shaped international trade strategy, but I knew there was more,” she says. Not just for herself, but for others who were walking through life gifted, called, and yet unclear or disconnected from purpose.
Stacey created The Purpose Academy as a place where individuals of all ages could reconnect with their unique assignment, develop confidence in who they are, and be equipped to lead their lives with intention. A space where professionalism meets authenticity, where leadership is not reserved for job titles, and where spiritual grounding fuels daily decisions.
The aim? To help people stop shrinking and start showing up for their purpose, their potential, and the people they're meant to impact.
“So, after over 10 years of working in various roles, I walked away to repurpose my purpose by using my experience, exposure and giftings to bring out others' best selves with confidence, clarity and power.”
From etiquette to EQ
The Purpose Academy offers various programmes ranging from etiquette to emotional intelligence (EQ), with Stacey choosing the topic because “they are real, often unspoken bridges to leadership and self-respect”.
“I've seen how someone’s inability to navigate a formal dinner or express themselves in writing can hold them back just as much as a lack of qualifications.”
Each programme is designed to address the unseen gaps that prevent people from fully walking in their power, because these are not just “soft skills”, they are success skills, life tools, and dignity builders.
“I selected them through years of observation and my experience of what holds people back, what opens doors, and what transforms someone’s inner and outer world.”
Her life is a testimony to how proper etiquette and success skills can open many doors, Stacey says. “So in part, this is me sharing my life and what has done me well, with others.”
For young and old
Even children from six years old are catered for here with programmes tailored for them, with modules crafted with care and age-appropriate delivery.
Children, even at six, are forming their identity, social cues and values, Stacey explains. “Our programmes for them focus on foundational etiquette, respect, communication, and emotional awareness — all taught in a nurturing, interactive environment.”
For example, a child might learn how to introduce themselves with confidence, how to sit properly at a table, how to express emotions and respect others' feelings as well as why kindness and boundaries matter.
“We teach it playfully, but purposefully. These lessons don’t just create ‘well-behaved’ children; they build self-aware, grounded young people who are better prepared for life.”
Stacey has seen and experienced the difference the academy’s programmes make in the lives of those who have decided to better and empower themselves.
The transformation is often subtle at first and then undeniable, she admits.
“I’ve seen grown adults cry after realising they’ve spent years dimming themselves out of fear or conditioning. I’ve watched clients speak up in meetings for the first time, launch purpose-led businesses, mend relationships, and finally feel enough to take up space.”
Life-changing
When someone decides to better themselves, they give themselves permission to live more boldly, Stacey explains and that affects everything - their career, their confidence, their family, their faith.
The greatest benefit? They begin to see themselves as God intended — whole, worthy, and ready.
“A former client sent me a voice note, almost in tears, at how much she incorporated what I imparted and saw results immediately. After that call, I felt fulfilled and encouraged. This is what brings me the most joy!”
There is no age limit to making a change and taking your life into a new direction, because “there is no expiration date on purpose” and there is no shame in not having figured it all out, says Stacey.
Her advice is simple - Start with stillness. Then ask yourself, “What breaks my heart and what lights me up?” Because somewhere between those two lies your purpose.
Many people aren’t lost but merely disconnected from themselves. Life, survival, and expectations have pulled them away from who they really are.
Yet change is possible. Reinvention is possible. And no, it’s never too late!
“Whether you are 6 or 60. If you’re breathing, you’re becoming. I’ve seen women reinvent at 40, men reconnect at 55, and teenagers step into leadership at 13.
“It’s not about age. It’s about alignment. And once it all clicks into place, you become unstoppable!”
